Course on Awareness of Financial Crime in Cryptocurrency

Putrajaya, 5th February - This course, in collaboration with CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM), invited officers from enforcement agencies and various government entities, including those from Sabah and Sarawak. The course was inaugurated with a welcoming speech by the Director General of NFCC, YBhg. Dato' Sri Shamshun Baharin bin Mohd Jamil.

The objective of this course is to provide exposure to the fundamental elements of cryptocurrency, understand how cryptocurrencies operate, and how they can be exploited by financial criminals.

 

Additionally, the course aims to impart knowledge on the use and acceptance of cryptocurrencies both globally and domestically. At the same time, it provides insights into crimes involving cryptocurrencies.
